Pursuant to the requirements of Federal Law No. 426-FZ "On Special Assessment of Working Conditions" dated December 28, 2013, the procedure of special assessment of working conditions (SOUTH) was completed at T Concrit LLC.

tConcrete complies with national safety standards

Specialists analyzed all workplaces of the company, checked the presence of harmful and (or) hazardous production factors, assessed the duration of their impact on employees and compliance of conditions with regulations.

According to the results of the SIT, each workplace was assigned the 2nd class of labor conditions, which means permissible working conditions. This class confirms that workplaces comply with state safety standards and do not pose a health hazard to employees.

It was separately noted that measures for improvement and improvement of labor conditions are not required, as the current conditions fully comply with labor protection requirements.

Special assessment is an important part of the company's labor protection system. It confirms that T Concrit LLC has created a safe and comfortable working environment for its personnel and that the legal requirements are fully complied with.

Why do you need an SOTS

Special assessment of working conditions is not a formality, but a real tool that:

  1. Ensures the safety of personnel. Everything from noise and light levels to possible exposure to chemical or physical factors is checked.
  2. Reduces occupational risks. If hazardous factors are detected, the employer can take measures in time: modernize equipment, improve ventilation, revise working hours.
  3. Optimizes the company's expenses. If conditions are deemed permissible (class 2), the organization is entitled to reduced rates of insurance contributions to the Federal Social Security Fund. Where harmful factors are identified, compensation (additional payments, benefits) is granted to employees, but if there are none, the company saves money.
  4. Protects the employer legally.

A JFS is a mandatory procedure. The availability of an up-to-date report protects the company during labor inspection checks and in case of disputable situations.

If necessary, measurements of illumination, noise, vibration, microclimate are made.
  2. Classification of working conditions.
    Jobs are assigned a class:
    1 - Optimal,
    No. 2 is permissible,
3rd - harmful (there are subgroups),
    The 4th is dangerous.
  3. Report formatting.
The final document is sent to the GIT and is valid for 5 years.
