High-precision laser scanning of buildings, structures and industrial objects

High-precision laser scanning is a modern approach to creating accurate 3D models of buildings. This process involves using laser emitters to measure distances to objects to generate a detailed point cloud. The resulting data is integrated into BIM projects, providing an accurate representation of the geometry and structure of the building and its surroundings.
Order

This method opens up the possibility of collecting data at a high level of detail, which plays a key role in all phases of a facility's lifecycle.

A digital building model created using BIM and laser scanning technologies becomes an important tool both in the design and construction phase, as well as in operation and maintenance.

The use of high-precision laser scanning in BIM not only improves design accuracy, but also reduces construction costs, optimizes facility management and increases operational efficiency. These technologies create the conditions for more efficient and sustainable facilities, reflecting modern standards of innovative design.

01
High accuracy and detail of data

Laser scanning provides accurate three-dimensional models of buildings with a high level of detail, giving customers a complete picture of the facility and its environment.

02
Accelerated data collection

The laser scanning process significantly reduces the time required to collect information about a building or site compared to traditional methods, saving the client development time and resources. We are capable of measuring up to 1000-2000 m2/day, including structures with a large number of rooms.

03
Minimizing risks and errors

BIM high-precision laser scanning helps to identify hidden defects, inconsistencies and problems in the building design at the early stages of the project, which helps to reduce risks and prevent undesirable consequences during construction and operation.

04
Increased efficiency in design and construction

The resulting data allows for the development of more accurate and realistic design solutions, as well as optimizing the construction process through improved coordination and alignment between the various project participants.

05
Improved facility management and maintenance

With accurate three-dimensional building models, customers can effectively manage and maintain their facilities, conduct preplanned maintenance and respond quickly to abnormal situations.

06
Saving time and resources

With high data accuracy and an efficient scanning process, customers can reduce the cost of designing, building and operating facilities, and shorten the time it takes to complete a project.

07
Improved decision making

The more complete and accurate information provided by BIM high-precision laser scanning helps customers make informed decisions at all stages of the facility lifecycle, which helps improve project efficiency and success.

08
Improved communication between project participants

Accurate and reliable data obtained through BIM high-precision laser scanning promotes better understanding between clients, designers, builders and other project participants, which increases efficiency and reduces conflict situations.

Stages of laser scanning:

Before scanning begins, preparatory work is carried out. This includes assessing the site, defining the scanning objectives, developing a scanning plan and selecting the necessary equipment.

Laser scanners and the necessary software for data collection are installed at the scanning site. The location of the scanners is determined in such a way as to ensure complete coverage of the site.

Laser scanners begin scanning an object by measuring the distance to its surface using laser light. The scanners can be positioned at different points on the object or moved to cover the entire surface of the object.

The received data is processed using special software. This includes merging data from all scanners, removing unnecessary information, filtering and correcting data.

Based on the processed data, a three-dimensional model of the object is created. This model includes all collected information about the geometry and characteristics of the object.

The resulting 3D model is integrated into the BIM system. This allows the model to be used for further design, construction planning and facility management.

The resulting model can be used to analyze various aspects of the object, such as its geometry, condition, structure, etc. The model can also be visualized to present information clearly to the customer or stakeholders.

At the end of the scan, a report is created that includes the findings, analysis and recommendations. This report can be used by the customer to make decisions and plan next steps.

How we work:

The client fills out an order form, indicating project details, job requirements, contact information and other necessary information.

In the order form, the client is given the opportunity to specify what he/she values in the service, for example, an individual approach, the possibility to communicate directly with specialized specialists, flexible terms of cooperation and other advantages that he/she expects to receive.

The customer clicks the "Submit" button or similar element on the order form to submit their request for processing.

After submitting the order form, the customer is notified that their request has been successfully received by the company.

A company specialist receives a request from a client and begins processing it. The specialist may contact the client to clarify details or suggest alternatives.

Based on the information received and the client's requirements, the company prepares a proposal that specifies the terms of work, terms, cost of the service and other important details.

If the client agrees with the proposal, he signs a contract with the company to perform the service and determines the terms of payment.

The company's team begins work on the development of design and working documentation in accordance with the requirements and terms agreed with the client.

The Specialist oversees the work process, ensuring deadlines and quality are met.

Once the work is completed, the client receives a finished result that has passed quality control and meets their expectations.
