How we work:
The contractor meets with the customer to identify the needs for recovery of construction logs. This process identifies the amount of information lost, the format and content of the logs, and the requirements for their recovery.
The contractor shall collect all available data and materials that can assist in the recovery of construction logs. This may include copies of documents, photographs, letters, electronic records, and other sources of information.
Based on the data collected, contractor specialists analyze and reconstruct missing or lost entries in construction logs. This process may involve reconstructing the sequence of events, filling in gaps in information, and verifying the validity of the recovered data.
The restored construction logs are checked and approved by the customer or authorized representative. If necessary, adjustments and additions are made.
Upon completion of the remediation process, the contractor shall provide the customer with complete and accurate construction logs, ready to be used for the customer's future needs or for submission to the appropriate authorities and agencies.
Once the work is completed, the client receives a finished result that has passed quality control and meets their expectations.
