Work Plan for Major Renovations

Every project created by our team is a thoughtful and professionally designed documentation that includes:

  • Formalization of cover sheets signed and stamped by the project manager (ISU);
  • Certificate of Conformity confirmed by "Mosstroysertification";
  • Detailed work schedules and labor allocation schedules;
  • Situation plan of the construction site (1:500 scale) for the period of works;
  • Technological schemes for all stages of project realization;
  • Slinging diagrams for lifting operations (if necessary);

Contents of the explanatory note:

  • Clear instructions for piling work;
  • List of mandatory requirements for quality and acceptance of performed operations;
  • Occupational health and safety measures;
  • Calculation of the need for construction machinery and equipment.

List of documents:

  • Working documentation (section "KZh");
  • Construction organization project (COP);
  • PPR for monolithic works.

In order to speed up the process of development of RRP for capital repairs, it is preferable to provide design materials in editable *.dwg format. However, if you have materials available only in *.pdf format, it is not a problem, we will be able to work with them.

The PPR for major repairs includes the following stages:

  • Description of Work: The list includes a description of all necessary actions to be carried out as part of the capital repair. This may include replacing or rehabilitating equipment, repairing building structures, improving engineering systems, and other activities;
  • Work Schedule: This is a significant component of the project where the sequence and timeline for each phase of work is defined. This helps to keep track of project timelines and prevent possible delays;
  • Budget and resources: A preliminary budget for the capital improvement and the resources required (materials, equipment, expertise and labor) are determined;
  • Technical Specifications: a detailed description of the technical requirements for the work to be carried out, materials and equipment to be used;
  • Risk assessment and mitigation measures: Potential risks that may arise during project implementation are considered and appropriate actions are proposed to mitigate or prevent their impact.

The creation of a work project required for the subsequent execution of major repairs is strictly regulated in accordance with the requirements of SP 48.13330.2019. These requirements relate to both the content and structure of the work project and its formal aspects. Once the project is drafted, it undergoes the procedure of coordination and approval by all stakeholders, including the client, contractors, engineering staff and other project participants.

How we work:

The client fills out an order form, indicating project details, job requirements, contact information and other necessary information.

In the order form, the client is given the opportunity to specify what he/she values in the service, for example, an individual approach, the possibility to communicate directly with specialized specialists, flexible terms of cooperation and other advantages that he/she expects to receive.

The customer clicks the "Submit" button or similar element on the order form to submit their request for processing.

After submitting the order form, the customer is notified that their request has been successfully received by the company.

A company specialist receives a request from a client and begins processing it. The specialist may contact the client to clarify details or suggest alternatives.

Based on the information received and the client's requirements, the company prepares a proposal that specifies the terms of work, terms, cost of the service and other important details.

If the client agrees with the proposal, he signs a contract with the company to perform the service and determines the terms of payment.

The company's team begins work on the development of design and working documentation in accordance with the requirements and terms agreed with the client.

The Specialist oversees the work process, ensuring deadlines and quality are met.

Once the work is completed, the client receives a finished result that has passed quality control and meets their expectations.
