The Statement of Changes and Deviations is a tool to record in detail all variations and deviations that occur during project implementation compared to the original plan. It provides a high degree of transparency and allows an in-depth analysis of the reasons for changes. This document is usually included in the execution documentation and is an integral part of the commissioning process, confirming the accuracy and compliance of the work performed with the original requirements.

In order to speed up the process of developing the design deviation list, it is preferable to provide design materials in editable *dwg format. However, if you have materials available only in *pdf format, it is not a problem, we will be able to work with them.

How we work:

The Contractor shall collect all necessary documents and data, including design documents, technical specifications, drawings, and other materials related to the execution of the project.

The contractor's experts analyze design documents and technical specifications to fully understand the client's requirements and the intended outcome of the project.

The construction object is inspected in order to identify deviations from the project and discrepancies between the design documentation and the actual execution of works.

The contractor's specialists prepare a statement of deviations detailing all identified discrepancies between the design and the actual execution of the work. Each deviation is documented, indicating its nature, location on the site and necessary corrections.

The Contractor shall assess the consequences of deviations from the design, including their impact on safety, quality and completion time.

The Contractor shall propose to the Customer options for resolving identified deviations from the design, including adjustments to the design documentation, finalization of the work performed, or other measures to eliminate nonconformities.

Once the statement of deviations and proposed solutions has been drawn up, the customer approves it or requests additional refinements.

Once the work is completed, the client receives a finished result that has passed quality control and meets their expectations.
