Development of a PDP
Technical charts in construction are documents containing information on specific technological processes, work methods, materials used, equipment and other aspects of construction work. They are usually developed for each stage of construction or for a specific type of work to ensure uniform standards of work performance and to ensure the safety, efficiency and quality of the construction process. Technical cards may contain installation, erection, maintenance and other technical instructions necessary for the successful completion of the work.

Technological charts (TC) are prepared in the following situations:

- When performing complex site operations;
- Where there are ambiguous and contentious aspects to the work process;
- To estimate labor costs for the facility;
- To select the optimal technology for the works.

01
Optimization of work processes

The development of flow charts allows to optimize and structure the course of work, which leads to an increase in the efficiency of the construction process.

02
Risk minimization

Process maps help identify potential risks and problems early in the construction process so that appropriate measures can be developed to prevent or mitigate them.

03
Improving the quality of work

Clear instructions and recommendations in the flow charts contribute to the standardization of processes and improve the quality of construction work.

04
Saving time and resources

Structured flow charts help optimize resource allocation and reduce turnaround time, leading to improved productivity and reduced costs.

05
Transparency and control

The flow charts provide transparency during the execution of works, which allows the customer to better control the construction process and compliance with the project requirements.

06
Innovative approaches

The application of modern technologies and innovative methods in the development of flow charts helps to improve the results and increase the competitiveness of the project.

07
Individual approach

The development of flow charts is carried out taking into account the specifics of each particular project, which allows to provide an individual approach and maximize customer satisfaction.

Development of Method Statements (MS)

A flow chart (FC) is a detailed guide that covers various aspects of the construction process and serves as a tool for optimizing work procedures. The TOC contains several key sections:

  1. Scope of application: this section provides a description of the specific construction process, the list of works to be carried out, their locations and conditions. Recommendations for the use of this map in the project are also indicated.
  2. Regulatory References: all building codes and regulations on the basis of which the TC was drawn up are listed here, which confirms the compliance of the document with legislative and technical requirements.
  3. Material and product characteristics: this section lists the types of materials used, their characteristics, and information on suppliers and manufacturers.
  4. Organization and technology of works: details the sequence of all types of work, including methods and approaches. In addition, diagrams and charts are provided to illustrate the process.
  5. Resource requirements: this section specifies all materials, equipment and tools required, as well as their quantities.
  6. Quality control and acceptance of works: describes the ways and means of controlling the quality of the work and the procedures for accepting it on completion.
  7. Occupational health and safety and environmental protection: contains recommendations and requirements for ensuring safety at workplaces and protection of the environment in the course of work.
  8. Calculation and rationing of labor costs: the calculation of the required labor costs, the use of materials and the time standards for the operations are taken into account.

A well-designed flow chart is not only a means of ensuring high quality construction, but also a tool for increasing efficiency. Developed taking into account advanced technologies, it helps to improve the organization of labor and reduce costs, which directly affects the optimization of the construction process and the reduction of construction time. The customer, having received such a map, receives a clear document that helps to improve planning and successful implementation of construction projects.

The objectives of the flow chart (FC) for each type of construction work:

  • Determine the sequence and methods of foundation construction;
  • Ensuring reliability and stability of foundation structures;
  • Minimize the risks of defects and additional correction costs;
  • Optimizing the use of construction materials and resources.
  • Ensuring accuracy and quality of installation of structures and equipment;
  • Maximize workflow efficiency and reduce time costs;
  • Increasing labor safety at the installation site;
  • Compliance with technological requirements and regulations.
  • Ensuring high quality and aesthetics of finishing materials;
  • Adherence to work deadlines and avoiding delays;
  • Minimize the possibility of damage and defects on the surface of the finish;
  • Rational use of materials and resources.
  • Guaranteeing the reliability and watertightness of roof structures;
  • Maximum protection against weathering and ensuring the longevity of the roof;
  • Compliance with technological requirements for laying and fastening of roofing materials;
  • Minimize the risk of leaks and damage.
  • Ensuring the safety of electrical systems and devices;
  • Guaranteeing compliance of electrical installation works with norms and standards;
  • Maximize the efficiency of electrical equipment and materials;
  • Compliance with environmental safety and fire protection requirements.
  • How we work:

    The client fills out an order form, indicating project details, job requirements, contact information and other necessary information.

    In the order form, the client is given the opportunity to specify what he/she values in the service, for example, an individual approach, the possibility to communicate directly with specialized specialists, flexible terms of cooperation and other advantages that he/she expects to receive.

    The customer clicks the "Submit" button or similar element on the order form to submit their request for processing.

    After submitting the order form, the customer is notified that their request has been successfully received by the company.

    A company specialist receives a request from a client and begins processing it. The specialist may contact the client to clarify details or suggest alternatives.

    Based on the information received and the client's requirements, the company prepares a proposal that specifies the terms of work, terms, cost of the service and other important details.

    If the client agrees with the proposal, he signs a contract with the company to perform the service and determines the terms of payment.

    The company's team begins work on the development of design and working documentation in accordance with the requirements and terms agreed with the client.

    The Specialist oversees the work process, ensuring deadlines and quality are met.

    Once the work is completed, the client receives a finished result that has passed quality control and meets their expectations.
