In order to speed up the process of development of the statement of deficiencies and their correction, it is preferable to provide project materials in editable *dwg format. However, if you have materials available only in *pdf format, it is not a problem, we will be able to work with them.
The contractor inspects the facility and analyzes the completed work to identify deficiencies and defects. This may include verification of compliance of the work with the executed design solutions, as well as the requirements of normative documents and standards.
Based on the identified deficiencies, the contractor shall prepare a statement indicating all identified problems and discrepancies. Each deficiency shall be clearly described, indicating the location and nature of the defect.
Once the statement of deficiencies is completed, the contractor develops a corrective action plan. This plan includes the timing and sequence of the work, as well as the resources and materials required.
Once the customer approves the corrective action plan, the contractor begins the necessary remedial work. This may include various types of repair and construction work, as well as replacement of materials and equipment.
Upon completion of the work, the client conducts a site inspection to verify the quality and completeness of the corrections made. Upon satisfactory completion of the work, the corrections are approved by the client and the facility is deemed to be in compliance with the standards and requirements.
Once the work is completed, the client receives a finished result that has passed quality control and meets their expectations.
