Executive geodetic drawings are made in accordance with GOST R 51872-2019. They are intended to determine compliance of the parameters of the under construction, constructed, reconstructed capital construction object with the design documentation and record the values of linear and angular dimensions, coordinates, distances, marks, pipe diameter dimensions, binding of their dimensions to the axes and marks of the geodetic layout base, red lines. On the basis of the developed drawings a decision is made to continue construction or to correct the identified errors to comply with the project.

This documentation in accordance with clause 4.4 of GOST includes:

  • For buildings and structures - executive schemes of structures, catalogs of coordinates and heights, field geodetic survey materials;
  • For engineering networks - axes of laid utilities with boundaries of protection zones, their profiles, coordinate catalogs, diagrams of welded joints of pipelines, field geodetic materials of executive survey (if there are such requirements in the project documentation);
  • For production facilities - consolidated plans of engineering and technical support networks, executive master plans.

List of documents:

  • Construction organization project (COP);
  • PPR for construction works;
  • Working Documentation (WD);
  • Architectural Decisions (AD).

To speed up the process of development of executive geodetic drawings, it is preferable to provide project materials in editable *dwg format. However, if you have materials available only in *pdf format, it is not a problem, we will be able to work with them.

How we work:

The first step is for the contractor to fully understand the customer's requirements. This may involve meetings, phone calls or email exchanges to clarify project details.

The contractor should familiarize himself with any available technical documentation such as design drawings, bills of materials, etc. This will help him to better understand the project requirements and perform the work according to these requirements.

The contractor should develop a work plan that defines the sequence and scope of tasks to be performed to create the performance documentation. This plan may include deadlines, allocation of responsibilities and other key points.

At this stage, the contractor collects all the necessary data and information that will be used to create performance documentation. This may include measurement results, calculations, technical specifications and other information.

The contractor begins work on the creation of executive documentation based on the collected data. This may include creation of geodetic drawings, base acceptance certificates, working and execution drawings, and other necessary documents.

After the documentation is finalized, the contractor checks for errors and inconsistencies with the project requirements. If necessary, the documentation is corrected.

After the documentation has been successfully checked and corrected, the contractor submits it to the customer for approval. The customer may request additional changes or clarifications, which the contractor shall implement.

The Contractor shall archive and retain all executive documentation created in accordance with the company's document retention requirements and procedures.

Once the work is completed, the client receives a finished result that has passed quality control and meets their expectations.
