Interim acceptance certificates for completed structures and facilities

The interim acceptance report provides the customer with an opportunity to control the process of work execution, checking its compliance with the design requirements and established standards. This stage serves as an important tool for prompt identification of defects and deficiencies, which allows for timely corrections and guarantees the quality of work at each stage of the project.

List of documents:

  • Construction organization project (COP);
  • PPR for construction works;
  • Working Documentation (WD);
  • Architectural Decisions (AD).

To speed up the process of development of interim acceptance certificates for finished structures and facilities, it is preferable to provide design materials in editable *dwg format. However, if your materials are available only in *pdf format, it is not a problem, we will be able to work with them.

The Contractor shall prepare the facility for acceptance, including completion of all construction and finishing work, correction of identified deficiencies, and performance of necessary tests and inspections.

On the basis of the prepared object, the contractor develops interim acceptance certificates, which record the results of the work performed and the condition of the object at the time of acceptance. The acts contain information on the work performed, quality of materials used, compliance of the work performed with the design solutions and legal requirements.

Once the interim acceptance reports have been drawn up, they are submitted to the client for review and signature. The customer inspects the completed works and the condition of the object and then signs the acceptance reports in case of satisfactory results.

If the customer identifies deficiencies or non-compliance of the completed work with the requirements, the contractor proceeds to correct and finalize them. After making the necessary corrections, acceptance certificates may be revised and re-signed.

After signing the acceptance certificates, the contractor shall execute the necessary documentation and provide it to the customer. This may include copies of acceptance certificates, certificates of completed work, warranty statements and other supporting documents.

Upon completion of all procedures for signing and approval of acceptance certificates, the contractor shall hand over to the customer all necessary documents and materials related to the acceptance process. This ensures that the contractor is available to address any questions or problems that arise, and provides feedback to assess the customer's satisfaction with the quality of work performed and the cooperation process.
