The following technologies are agreed upon for this project:

1. grinding and polishing of concrete surfaces

Grinding of sports block stands, monolithic and other structures with dedusting and protection, ensuring clean, smooth and durable coating using "Polished Concrete" technology

2. Poured floors and screeds

Terrazzo and polymer flooring, including areas of the education building and atrium, as well as high-strength screed in the ballet hall and around the pool for stability and aesthetics

3. staircase and decorative elements

Installation of staircase geometry, polymer steps and plinths, installation of small architectural forms (MAF), giving the object completeness

4. Additional installation and finishing works

Installation of convectors, installation of plastic flooring and other flooring including screeds, and additional work throughout the school to meet design standards

1. Installation of Terrazzo poured floors

Terrazzo-type Portland cement based flooring is made

2. treatment of concrete surfaces

Grinding of grandstands, treatment of columns and atrium structures

3. Work with stairs

Geometry of polymer-coated marches

4. Polymer floors

Installation of poured and thin-layer polymer coatings, including decorative and high-strength coatings

5. Additional constructions

Manufacture of terrazzo skirting boards and installation of screeds

6. Dismantling and adjustments

Removal of wires and doorways in the Art block

7. Protection and adaptation of coatings

Covering of polymer floors and installation of convectors

8. Innovative solutions

Development of TopCoat for harsh conditions and temporary coating of a 2000 m² atrium

All phases of work were completed qualitatively within the given short deadlines. Non-standard tasks of the project and the client were solved despite the sanctions in the sphere of construction of the Russian Federation
