The role of senior staff in the team

At each site during the work, our staff of engineering technicians (ITRs) are present to monitor the process and are available to assist at any time.
These are the most experienced employees of the production department, who control the quality of work and are responsible for the organization of work processes at the sites.

For us, it is important that employees have the confidence that they will not be left alone with a problem, and for the company, having an ITR on site is a guarantee that potential errors will be identified and corrected in the shortest possible time, without compromising the quality of work.
