The Dolgikh Regional Technoliceum is an advanced educational cluster in the Moscow region. V.I. Dolgikh is an advanced educational cluster in the Moscow region, focused on in-depth study of IT, mathematics, technology and natural sciences.

The lyceum includes pre-school and school departments, an atrium with play areas, a stadium, vorkout areas and bleachers for spectators. Taking into account the modern approach to the educational environment, the project implemented engineering solutions that meet the strictest requirements for safety, environmental friendliness and comfort

The customer set us the task to perform complex works on the flooring and geometry of the interior spaces of the lyceum, ensuring compliance with the specified regulatory requirements, as well as high durability of coatings and their aesthetic appeal.

Special attention was paid to the wear resistance of the surfaces, which is critical for educational institutions with high foot traffic. The project required a high degree of precision, achieved through laser scanning, BIM modeling and digital construction management

As part of the project, we carried out a range of flooring, screeding, atrium and grandstand works with a total area of 20,000 m². In particular, our team developed and coordinated cement-polymer screed and terrazzo samples, ensuring that they met the requirements for durability, safety and aesthetics

For the installation of the high-strength screed and the geometry of the atrium, we prepared the substrates by removing the old repair layers, milling the concrete structure, installing formwork and reinforced mesh, mounting and calibrating the steps. This was followed by priming and application of protective compounds to increase the wear resistance of the installed surfaces

For the installation of poured floors in the lyceum buildings, we installed a polystyrene concrete base, laid a reinforced film and screed of the designed thickness. Then we performed sanding, application of porous filler and hardener, cutting of shrinkage joints and final polishing of the surface. BIM modeling and digital construction management were used during the work to ensure the accuracy of the execution.

To grind the concrete surface of the grandstands, the works included calibration of concrete surfaces, elimination of defects using cast repair compounds, treatment of cracks with epoxy compounds and mechanical grinding to the specified level of #Grit. The final stage was chemical hardening and dedusting to improve the performance of the grandstand areas. Application of laser scanning allowed to achieve high accuracy of surface geometry

All works were carried out in strict compliance with design standards and with the use of innovative solutions, which ensured high quality of the final result
