The main challenge for our team was to complete a comprehensive treatment and restoration of a concrete pavement that could withstand the heavy loads of warehouse equipment, forklifts and a constant stream of new deliveries

Technologies used
1. Polished concrete
Technology that provides high strength and durability with minimal operating costs
2. Patching potholes with a mixture of silica sand and epoxy primer
Strengthens the resistance of the surface to loads
3. Filling of joints with elastic polyurethane
Allows to compensate for temperature movements and prevents the edges of concrete slabs from collapsing
Main stages of work performed
1. Dismantling of the top coat by rough mechanical grinding
Mechanical cleaning and treatment of concrete substrate
2. Strengthening of the top layer of concrete and dedusting
Treatment of the coating with hardening impregnation
3 Treatment of cracks, potholes and cavities with deep penetration epoxy primer mixed with quartz sand
Repairing defects with epoxy compound
4. Repair of intertile joints with epoxy primer of deep penetration mixed with quartz sand
Precision milling and machining with diamond disks to form smooth and strong joints followed by epoxy filling
5. Mechanical polishing
