The main challenge for our team was to complete a comprehensive treatment and restoration of a concrete pavement that could withstand the heavy loads of warehouse equipment, forklifts and a constant stream of new deliveries

Technologies used
1. diamond grinding and polishing
Provides a smooth and even surface, increases resistance to abrasion
2. Filling of joints with elastic polyurethane
Allows to compensate for thermal deformations and prevents fracture of coating edges
3. Application of silica sand
Increases resistance of the coating to mechanical loads
4. Deep epoxy primer
Increases adhesion of layers and protects concrete from moisture and chemical attack
5. Polished concrete
Technology that provides durability and high strength with minimal operating costs
Main stages of work performed
1. Surface preparation
Mechanical cleaning and treatment of concrete bases using industrial vacuum cleaners
2. Joint expansion
Precision milling and diamond disk machining to create smooth and strong joints
3. Filling of joints with elastic polyurethane
To prevent further cracking of the coating
4. sanding and polishing of the floor
Removing excess repair compound and bringing the surface to a perfectly smooth condition
5. Repair of damaged sections
Restoration of defects using polished concrete technology
6. Finish hardening and protection
Application of deep penetration primers and protective compounds to increase wear resistance

Checking the evenness, strength and readiness of the pavement for use
