The main task set before our team was to perform a full range of works on treatment and restoration of concrete floor, designed for significant loads from warehouse equipment, forklifts and constant movement of goods

Main stages of work performed
1. Surface preparation
Mechanical cleaning and treatment of concrete base using industrial dust extraction equipment
2. Joint expansion
Precision milling and diamond disk machining to form smooth and strong joints
3. Filling of joints with elastic polyurethane
Prevents further cracking of the coating
4. sanding and polishing of the floor
Removing excess repair compound and bringing the surface to a perfectly smooth condition
5. Repair of damaged sections
Restoration of defects using polished concrete technology
