LG Electronics LLC, having successful experience of using concrete floor polishing technology at its facilities in other countries, decided to implement this approach at its plant in the Moscow region. The main requirement for us, as a Contractor, was to create a durable and wear-resistant coating that would not require special maintenance with regular washing and would retain both its performance characteristics and impressive appearance

Provide long-lasting gloss and cavitation characteristics of the finished floor

Guarantee a consistently high level of performance over the entire 24,000 m² of work area, with no areas of deterioration in performance or appearance
For this project, the customer agreed to work with Polished Concrete technology. This is a modern technology of concrete floor treatment, in which the surface is ground and polished to obtain a smooth, shiny coating. Such a floor is characterized by high wear resistance, resistance to loads, ease of maintenance and aesthetic appearance. Thanks to the treatment, concrete retains its strength and durability while remaining functional and attractive

Diagnostics of the existing pavement to identify defects, cracks and irregularities. Cleaning of the surface from dirt, dust and old coatings
2. Coarse grinding
Removal of the top damaged layer of concrete and leveling of the surface using coarse grit diamond segments. Localized repair of cracks and potholes
3. Reinforcement and surface treatment
Application of hardening impregnations to increase concrete strength and prevent dusting
4. fine grinding
Repeated surface treatment with medium and fine grit diamond tools to create a smooth substrate
5. Polishing
Bringing the surface to the level of gloss required by the customer using high grit diamond wheels
6. Finishing treatment
Application of a protective compound to improve resistance to moisture, chemicals and abrasion
7. Delivery of the object
Cleaning of the territory, consulting the customer on pavement maintenance, handing over the project
