To create a durable and dust-free coating, resistant to the constant load of the parking lot and visually expanding the space with low ceilings. The work had to be completed within a tight timeframe - during the New Year holidays, so as not to interrupt the operation of the facility
Compliance with deadlines. The works were organized in such a way as to fully complete the repairs during the New Year holidays without disrupting the schedule of the parking lot operation
The mirror effect of the coating. Particular attention has been paid to polishing to a high gloss, allowing the space to be visually enlarged
Work Safety. All stages were performed with minimal dust to avoid triggering fire alarms
Durability and wear resistance. We have created a coating that is resistant to stress and mechanical influences, which does not peel off and does not require complicated maintenance

A detailed schedule was drawn up for the project together with the customer, which allowed all works to be carried out during the New Year holidays without interrupting the operation of the parking lot. Particular attention was paid to the sequence of stages and precise coordination of activities to meet the deadlines and keep the site clean
The base coat underwent several stages of processing: first, a coarse grinding with metal was performed to smooth the surface and remove defects. This was followed by plastic polishing with a gradual increase in grit to 1500 Grit, after which a protective compound was applied and chemical polishing was carried out to ensure a mirror-like shine and high durability of the coating. At the same time, potholes and cracks in the coating were repaired
Next, the team moved on to the ramps between floors: they were sanded using specialized machines with metal nozzles, dusted, coated with epoxy and filled with quartz sand. This solution created a durable anti-slip coating. Safe and easy to use
