It was necessary to create a durable and wear-resistant coating capable of withstanding intensive mechanical and chemical loads. It was important to improve the performance of the existing concrete base without completely replacing it, providing protection against abrasion and increasing durability. In addition, it was necessary to minimize dust generation, making the surface smooth and easy to use

To achieve the required floor characteristics, we applied:
Diamond machining - grinding and polishing concrete to various degrees of smoothness (up to #1800 Grit)
Strengthening and dedusting with a special compound that increases the density and strength of concrete
Repair works - filling cracks and caverns with technological epoxy composition
Final chemical protection with the application of a protective composition that strengthens the surface and gives it a glossy effect

Grinding concrete substrate with diamond tools to #120 Grit level

Filling cracks and caverns with a process epoxy compound
3. Strengthening and dedusting
Surface treatment with a special reinforcing compound to increase strength
4. Mechanical polishing
Smoothness to #800-1800 Grit depending on the area of use
5. Final chemical protection
Application of a special protective composition to increase resistance to loads and external influences
As a result, the coating is strong, durable and resistant to mechanical and chemical loads. Smooth, dust-free surface provides ease of use and meets high production requirements
