Before starting the works, samples of materials and technological solutions were agreed upon, which allowed to ensure full compliance with the customer's requirements. Throughout the project, there was constant interaction with the customer to achieve the best possible result

1. Surface preparation

Grinding to #120 Grit to remove the topcoat and level the substrate

2. Damage repair

Repair of cracks, caverns and voids with epoxy compounds and quartz sand

Restoration of tile joints: removal of old sealant, filling the joints with epoxy, grinding to the level of the coating

3. Strengthening of the top layer

Impregnation for dedusting and increasing durability

4. Polishing

Mechanical polishing to #800 Grit to create a smooth structure

Chemically polished to #3500 Grit for chemical resistance and a mirror finish on certain areas

5. Coordination and interaction with the customer

Provision and approval of samples of applied materials and technologies

Close interaction with the customer at every stage of project implementation to achieve optimal results
