1. Surface preparation
Sanding to #120 Grit for topcoat removal and smoothing
2. Damage repair
Crack, cavity and void repair using epoxy compounds and silica sand
Repair of tile joints: removal of old sealant, epoxy sealing of joints, grinding of joints to floor level
3. Strengthening of the top layer
Impregnation for dedusting and increasing durability
4. Polishing
Mechanical polishing to #800 Grit for a smooth finish
Chemical polishing to #3500 Grit for chemical protection and mirror effect
5. Coordination and interaction with the customer
