Thanks to its unique architectural solution, VEB Arena is among the most beautiful stadiums in Russia and the whole of Europe. Four grandstands are united by a single plate covering the stands in the form of a hyperbolic paraboloid

We were asked to help solve the problem of open ramp areas at CSKA. Due to winter weather conditions, the pavement on the ramps becomes slippery, which creates a danger for visitors. It is necessary to find a solution that will provide reliable traction for shoes and will not damage the concrete substrate
High quality workmanship - our company is committed to impeccable quality of concrete boucharding, using modern equipment and experienced specialists
Compliance with deadlines - we value the time of our customers and always try to complete the work within the agreed timeframe
Individual approach to each client - we take into account all the wishes and requirements of the customer to ensure the most satisfactory result possible
Competitive pricing - our goal is to offer customers the best value for their concrete batching services
Constant development and improvement - we keep up to date with new technologies and methods of concrete batching to always be one step ahead of the competition
We decided to choose concrete boucharding technology because it allows us to effectively improve the textural and functional properties of the surface. This method creates an anti-slip structure that ensures the safety of visitors, especially in winter. In addition, boucharding helps to increase the adhesion of subsequent coatings or repair mixtures, which extends the life of the treated areas. The use of a bouchard equipped with a serrated surface allows a unique combination of aesthetics and practicality to be achieved, making the surface both attractive and durable
The project was carefully planned and implemented taking into account all the requirements of the customer. Each stage of work was coordinated in detail, which allowed to achieve high results
1. Surface preparation
Cement milk, contaminants and remnants of the old coating were carefully removed before starting the work. This step ensured that the substrate was clean and homogeneous for further processing
2. Approval of the wear pattern
A wear resistant sample of the coating was agreed with the customer at an early stage. This ensured that the texture, adhesion level and appearance fully met the design requirements
3. Application of the solution
A special composition was applied to the prepared surface using a brush or roller. This allowed to increase the efficiency and uniformity of the subsequent treatment
4. The bouchardization process
Using state-of-the-art equipment and bouchard tools, a texture was created on the concrete surface to provide anti-slip properties. At the customer's request, the texture was made with a certain degree of coarseness
5. Texture shaping
The final texture met safety and aesthetic requirements, which is especially important for outdoor ramps subjected to heavy use
6. Finalizing the process
After treatment, the surface was leveled and tested to meet all quality standards. This ensured durability and high wear resistance
7. Surface protection
The final stage was the treatment of the surface with special protective compositions, which provided resistance to moisture, chemical and mechanical influences
We are proud that this project was a successful example of solving complex problems using modern technology. We continue to strive for high standards in every project we undertake
