Year of realization

The six-storey museum and exhibition center "Collection" on the territory of Zilart Residential Complex - a glass and copper cube with trapezoidal windows, combining modern architecture with industrial aesthetics of the ZIL plant

The client requested a full range of grinding and polishing of the concrete surfaces, with a focus on the perfect quality of the walls and floors, their protection and aesthetic qualities. It was important to meet the high architectural standards of the museum and to ensure the durability of the coatings

Precise adherence to aesthetics and quality requirements for grinding and polishing

Accuracy in final stages to safeguard equipment and other contractors' work

Quality control at all stages to achieve the intended result

Flexible schedule and zone plan to work seamlessly with other contractors

The following technologies are agreed upon for this project:

1. wall sanding and dedusting using our equipment and in-house team of workers - primary and re-sanding for a smooth surface with a dedusting impregnation, providing:

Surface cleanliness and dust protection

Aesthetics of bare concrete, compliance with the project

Durable and easy to maintain

2. Multi-stage floor polishing using our equipment and in-house team of workers - from rough sanding to protective varnish, which allowed:

Achieve smoothness and gloss according to architects' requests

Provide wear protection and durability

Create a hypoallergenic, breathable coating

3. localized wall repairs - selection of crack sealing compound agreed with architects, which ensured:

Visual integrity of the walls

Minimal visibility of defects

Increased durability

A phased work plan was developed for the project together with the customer to optimize interaction with other contractors

The work included sanding and dedusting the walls, as well as leveling and polishing the floors. Our team developed samples, agreed on the most appropriate to the customer's requirements, and carried out the work in several stages: from rough sanding to final varnishing. Each step was coordinated with the technical supervision of the facility

The works were strictly in line with the aesthetic and architectural standards of the museum and were supervised by the client and SPICH Architectural Bureau. Our team successfully realized the architectural concept by taking part in the creation of this impressive space
