Our team began by developing coating samples to demonstrate the different texture and sheen options for the concrete floor. After discussion with the customer, a sample was approved that best met their requirements for durability, aesthetics and resistance to wear. This selection became the basis for further work to be carried out
In the first stage, a rough mechanical sanding was carried out to open up the salt/pepper fraction to a level of #50 Grit. This levelled the floor map and prepared the surface for the application of the hardener. The surface was then treated with a special impregnation that strengthened the concrete structure and increased its resistance to mechanical action. Dusting was carried out at all stages to maintain the cleanliness and quality of material application
Next, the team tackled difficult areas, including perimeters, wall junctions and other hard-to-reach areas. This was done manually, ensuring that the quality of the coating was uniform throughout the area
In the final stages, a mechanical polishing to finish smoothness was carried out, followed by the application of a protective functional polish. This polish gave the floor a high gloss and provided chemical protection against dust and wear. The final stage was chemical polishing, which gave the surface durability and aesthetic appeal
All stages of work were performed by a professional team of specialists using modern equipment and proven materials. Thanks to coordinated work and attention to detail, we managed to achieve an ideal result that meets the high standards of the Technopark Plaza facility
