CROC Data Center is a high-tech infrastructure site where critical computing processes require unconditional stability, cleanliness and reliability of all engineering systems, including floor coverings.

Our team was tasked with installing a thin layer antistatic coating capable of providing high durability, dust-free and fully operational 24/7 equipment availability.
Also, the continuous operation of the data center required maximum flexibility in the organization of work processes.
1. Reliability and operational sustainability
We have chosen solutions that provide anti-static and durable coatings in the constant vibration and thermal stresses typical of data centers
2. flawless evenness and cleanliness of the surface
Precise leveling of the substrate and careful installation of the thin-layer system allowed to completely eliminate dust formation and ensured perfect adhesion of all layers
3. Professional materials
Wear-resistant anti-static polymer compositions and high-quality epoxy coatings suitable for rooms with high requirements for dust protection were used in the work
4. Compliance with deadlines and continuity of processes
The work was organized so as not to affect the operation of the data center and not to create risks for the equipment. Often it was necessary to process coverage not in its entirety, but in certain segments at the customer's request
1. Installation of thin-layer coating with adhesion to the substrate
Creates a strong monolithic base that is dust-free and highly resistant to wear and tear
2. Two-layer epoxy protection
Forms a dense, chemically resistant coating, resistant to abrasion and process fluids
3. thin layer system without pores and defects
Provides minimum thickness with high strength and perfect surface smoothness
4. Deep penetration polymer compounds
Enhance adhesion between layers and improve the protection of the concrete substrate

1. Preparation of the base
Mechanical surface cleaning and dedusting using industrial equipment
2. Leveling and treatment of the substrate
Ensuring ideal surface geometry for thin layer coating installation
3. installation of a thin layer system with adhesive bonding
Creation of a monolithic layer resistant to mechanical and temperature influences
4. Application of the first layer of epoxy impregnation
Increased strength and improved adhesion of subsequent layers
5. Application of epoxy finish coat
Formation of a wear-resistant, airtight and dust-free work surface
6. Finish hardening and protection
Application of deep penetration primer and protective materials to increase wear resistance
7. Quality control
Verification of evenness, monolithicity of the pavement and compliance with the operational requirements of the data center
Thanks to a comprehensive approach and the use of modern materials, the coating of the CROC data center received an antistatic, durable and dust-free surface, fully ready to work under conditions of high loads and round-the-clock operation.
